  • How do I Unlock/Activate CORMIX v7.0E (Evaluation version)?
    1. Using the Quick unlock way, at MixZon Quick Unlock FAQ, or,
    2. Use the Email Unlock way, at MixZon Email Unlock FAQ


  • How do I find current CORMIX version and system information?
    1. Click "Help" on menu item
    2. Click on "About CORMIX", to get the About Window (Fig.1)
    3. Click the "Version Details" button, for detailed version information (Fig.2)
    4. Click the "System Details" button, for detailed system information


  • How can I access CORMIX updates or check for any available Updates?
    1. Click "Help" on menu item
    2. Click on "CORMIX Updates" sub menu
    3. In the web page, check if you need to download and install the Update Patch
    4. Use you LicenseID, UserName and Password to download Update patch.
    5. (IMPT:Only LEASED Licenses are eligible to get Updates.)


  • How can I request Technical Support from MixZon Inc?
    1. Click "Help" on menu item
    2. Click on "Request Tech. Support"
    3. Use your Mixzon Account
    4. Provide a brief description of your problem and fill out the support request form carefully before submitting you request.
    5. On submission of a request, a Support Ticket will be created, to track and respond to your requests in an easy and efficient manner.
    6. Based on you support inquiry, you may aquire a CorSupport subscription at the Cormix Support Site
