Lease of software allows installation of CORMIX on one computer with unlimited use for the duration of the lease period on that computer. At the end of the lease period, the software will be deactivated and a new lease must be purchased from MixZon Inc to use the software. Software leases include updates at no charge for any concurrent versions released by MixZon during the lease period. Lease of software may be desirable for those who wish to have the most current version of the software at a lower cost.
LEASE duration is computed from the date on which the necessary CORMIX licensing information is made available to the end-user or his/her representative.

Purchase of software allows installation of CORMIX on one computer with unlimited use for an indefinate time period on that computer. Updates to software must be purchased. Purchase of software may be desirable for those who wish to use the same version of the software for an extended time period.
Getting Started With CORMIX
The first step in installing a commercial version (purchase or lease) of CORMIX on your computer is to register and then download and install the free evaluation version. After you have installed the evaluation version, unlock codes may be purchased which will activate commercial versions of CORMIX.
Special International Pricing
In accordance with IAHR guidelines, special two-tier pricing is available at 50% discount on list prices for software orders only from low income countries. Countries are classified based upon the World Bank Classification Index.
Academic And Government Licensing
To qualify for special academic or government pricing, you must be able to download and install CORMIX from the web. Please provide verification of your academic or government status (via email or letter/fax on letterhead) for special pricing. Academic licensing is for instructional and research use only on academic institution computers.
Software Maintenance
All purchase or yearly lease of software include free installation and licensing support for 30 days. After 30 days, a CorMaintenance software maintenance contract is required for all installation and licensing issues.

Technical Support
CorSupport - CORMIX Technical Support can be purchased separately for assistance with CORMIX modeling. Software Licensing DOES NOT include Technical Support. CorSupport DOES NOT include CORMIX Licensing and Installation Support.
Payment
Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or US bank draft only. All orders must be prepaid in full before unlock codes for commercial version software will be provided. Please make checks payable to "MixZon Inc". Oregon has no state sales tax.

After you download the evaluation version, you can purchase unlock codes to activate a commercial (fully functional) version. You can place an order for CORMIX and pay with credit card by fax or through our secure web site. Unlock codes will be sent to you via email after your payment has been processed.
Optional Installation CD (Additional shipping & handling charges will apply)
CORMIX can be installed entirely from the web site including documentation without charges for media and shipping. However, the installation CD and User Manual is available for an additional $100.00 for media plus $250.00 for international courier shipping via FedEx for a total of charge of $350.00
Street address is required for shipping, no PO boxes please. Orders ship within one business day of confirmed payment.
Import Duties/Sales Tax
All international import duties, and/or sales taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and not MixZon Inc. If you order the optional installation CD (not required to install or use CORMIX), you may be required to pay an import duty upon acceptance of shipment. Check local regulations to avoid delay at delivery time.

1. Buy Online. You can order online and pay by credit card only through our secure sever. Download the free evaluation version and then follow the "Buy Online" instructions. Unlock codes will be issued after the payment has been processed, usually within one business day.
2. You can place an order and pay by credit card, US bank draft, or EFT by fax or mail. Unlock codes will be provided to you by email after your payment is received and processed. Download the free evaluation version and then follow "Order via Fax" instructions.
