Unlock CORMIX Application

This page will allow you to request activation codes for commercially licensed versions of CORMIX software, using the E-mail Unlock Activation procedure. This is STEP 1 of the procedure.

The activation/unlock codes will be automatically e-mailed to the registered end-user of the license once this form is completed and submitted successfully. Please make sure to check your Junk/Spam email folders for the automated email with unlock codes. If you have not received your unlock/activation codes for up to 24 hours after your "E-mail Unlock" request, please contact us.

You will need to enter the activation/unlock codes emailed to you in STEP 2 of the E-mail Unlock Activation procedure.
