Q:   Why is MixZon unable to complete my request for a pro-forma invoice or price quote?
A:   Thank you for your recent request or interest for a proforma invoice/price quote from MixZon Inc.

We are not able to complete your request at this time because your user account is missing some important REQUIRED information:

Please complete the following steps to update your account information so that we can complete your request:

1> Login to your MixZon account at

2> Once logged in, select "Modify My Info"

3> Fill in the appropriate information and click "Update Form"
