| Q: | How do I obtain the latest update for CORMIX? |
| A: | To fix important bugs in CORMIX as well as sometimes add new features, MixZon may periodically release software update patches. These patches will never provide a full version upgrade (i.e. from 5.0 to 6.0), but rather contain minor changes (i.e. from 6.0.0.0 to 6.0.0.1) within the current release of CORMIX. Please download the latest update patch from our web site at http://www.mixzon.com/update.php. Make sure you have saved your work and closed any running CORMIX sessions, then download and run the update executable. After installing the update patch, check that you now have the latest version of CORMIX: 1> Run CORMIX. 2> On the menu, click on Help->About CORMIX 3> In the window that pops up, the "Service Release" field should show the latest version as per http://www.mixzon.com/update.php. If the update installation failed, please contact us for further support. |
