Q:   Why am I having trouble registering (creating a user account) or submitting my account information on your website?
A:   Troubleshooting Web Browser Forms

If you are having trouble creating a user account, registering on our website, logging into your user account or accessing downloads that require your account information, please follow these steps:

1. Please DO NOT copy and paste your MixZon account password into the online web forms. Please TYPE in your password manually. When you copy and paste your password, sometimes, an extra space gets included in the copy buffer causing your login attempts to fail.

2. If you are having trouble submitting a registration or a password/ID in a form, close/shut down your web browser and then restart the web browser.

Sometimes a browser will "cache" a bad password/information previously-entered and then foil retry/registration/submit attempts.

Note:
Your account information is automatically e-mailed to you. Please be sure to check your Junk mail folders and/or SPAM filters, if you do not get your user name and password within 24 hours. Please request your IT personnel to update your mail servers to accept e-mails from "mixzon.com".

4. If you still have problems, please send an e-mail to support@mixzon.com explaining the details of the problem.
