Q:   Why am I having trouble registering (creating a user account) or submitting my account information on your website?
A:   Troubleshooting Web Browser Forms

If you are having trouble creating a user account, registering on our website, logging into your user account or accessing downloads that require your account information, please follow these steps:

1. If you are having trouble submitting a registration or a password/ID in a form, close/shut down your web browser and then restart the web browser.

Sometimes a browser will "cache" a bad password/information previously-entered and then foil retry/registration/submit attempts.

Note:
Your account information is automatically e-mailed to you. Please be sure to check your Junk mail folders and/or SPAM filters, if you do not get your user name and password within 24 hours. Please request your IT personnel to update your mail servers to accept e-mails from "mixzon.com".

3. If you still have problems, please send an e-mail to support@mixzon.com explaining the details of the problem.
