Q:   Why do I get the message "Permission denied" when I attempt to download the latest update for CORMIX?
A:   Thank you for trying the CORMIX Update Services.

Our records indicated that your license MAY require a CorMaintenance software maintenance contract for updates.

Please contact licensing@mixzon.com for a price quote for CorMaintenance.

The CORMIX Update Service is only available to users who have an ACTIVE TERMED LICENSE of CORMIX version 10.0 or an ACTIVE CorMaintenance subscription.  

PERPETUAL licensees of CORMIX need a CorMaintenance - software maintenance contract to access the update service.  

The "Permission denied" message indicates that, according to our records, your license may not eligible for updates, at this time.
